The Freedom Collective Foundation (FCF) is a Private Membership Association (PMA) lawfully established under Natural Law and Universal Law, operating in private capacity for the benefit of its members worldwide.

Our purpose is to preserve and promote education, freedom of expression, spiritual development, and lawful self-governance, while safeguarding all creative and educational assets under private trust.

1. Legal Formation of the PMA

Freedom Collective Foundation was created as a Private Membership Association to provide education, lawful resources, and community support within a private, contract-based framework.

Jurisdiction: Private, under Natural Law and Universal Law
Nature: Non-public, non-statutory, unincorporated association
Scope: Educational, spiritual, and humanitarian purposes only
Founding Date: 2021
Country of Origin: International (operating lawfully from private jurisdiction)

Membership is by private agreement only, governed through mutual consent between the member and the Foundation.

2. Trust Structure

All intellectual, educational, and creative assets are lawfully held in the Freedom Collective Foundation Trust.

Trust Purpose: To protect the Foundation’s mission, content, and assets from public or commercial interference, ensuring that truth-based education and lawful expression remain accessible to members.
Trustee: Sheena Alexandra, acting in fiduciary capacity on behalf of the members and beneficiaries.
Beneficiaries: Members of the Freedom Collective Foundation PMA.
Assets Held in Trust: Educational materials, course content, digital media, trademarks, and related intellectual property.

The Trust ensures all materials remain private, sovereign, and censorship-free, available solely for private educational use.

3. Membership Contract Overview

All who join the Foundation agree to operate under its Private Membership Agreement, acknowledging:

Membership is private and by invitation or consent.
Activities occur within a private jurisdiction, outside statutory public authority.
Members agree to confidentiality, integrity, and mutual respect within the PMA.
Membership may be terminated by either party through written notice.
Access to educational materials and platforms (including New Earth Entertainment and ReBirthing Blueprint) is for private learning purposes only.

By joining, each member enters into a private contract governed by principles of Natural Law and equity, recognizing personal responsibility and respect for others’ rights.

4. Dispute Resolution

The Foundation promotes peaceful, private resolution of disputes between members.

Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith dialogue within the Foundation.
If further action is required, resolution will occur through private arbitration under the Foundation’s lawful framework, rather than through public courts.
The Foundation and its members do not consent to statutory or commercial jurisdiction in relation to internal matters, except by explicit mutual agreement.

5. Jurisdiction & Lawful Standing

Freedom Collective Foundation operates under the guiding principles of Natural Law and Universal Law, which uphold:

The right to free thought, speech, and expression.
The right to contract privately without interference.
The right to self-governance and peaceful association.

We do not consent to involuntary inclusion within public or statutory jurisdiction.

All interactions, communications, and exchanges occur in private capacity, under good faith, and for educational purposes only.
