There comes a moment when private remedy becomes public responsibility.

For weeks now, the Freedom Collective Foundation, operating under a Private Membership Association (PMA), has engaged in a peaceful, lawful process to resolve a deeply personal and legally significant matter. All attempts at resolution were documented, served with integrity, and followed through using the principles of private contract law, lawful remedy, and the universal truth that all people are born sovereign.

But when all private efforts are ignored—and the harm continues—public notice becomes necessary.

This is why we are now sharing a public record of the lawful notices served to Jaap Mennink, relating to emotional, psychological, and spiritual harm, as well as the unlawful withholding of property and a pattern of coercive behavior. Every step we’ve taken has remained within private jurisdiction, with clear terms, lawful deadlines, and an open door for peaceful resolution.

• 💌 Offered a 7-day grace period for peaceful reply.

• 🚫 Declared formal default due to non-response.

• 📢 Created a public record to finalize standing.

Every document was sent with love, but with unshakable resolve. This is not vengeance—this is remedy.
