I, Elon Reeve Musk, of Austin Texas - 1 Tesla Road, Austin, TX 78725 - being of sound mind and over the age of majority, do solemnly affirm and declare under penalty of perjury as follows (download PDF here):
 

1. I have never visited Jeffrey Epstein’s private island (Little St. James or any associated property).

2. I declined every invitation from Jeffrey Epstein to visit his island, board his aircraft (commonly referred to as the “Lolita Express”), or attend any events or parties associated with him.

3. My communications with Jeffrey Epstein were limited to emails in 2012–2013 (and possibly other brief exchanges), primarily discussing potential meetings that never occurred due to scheduling conflicts, logistical issues, or my decision not to proceed.

4. I never attended any “wildest party” or similar event on Epstein’s island, nor did I participate in any activities related to his criminal conduct.

5. I have no knowledge of, nor involvement in, any illegal activities connected to Jeffrey Epstein or his associates.

6. I have publicly and repeatedly denied any visits or close ties, including in posts on X, and I stand by those statements as true.

7. I support full transparency, including the release of any relevant logs, emails, or evidence (redacted as necessary for victim privacy), to end speculation and allow justice for victims.
    

I affirm that the foregoing statements are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
